The aim of the Cepheus is to create a decentralized market place on Tezos. The platform allows to buy and sell paying in FA1.2 token (we look forward to stablecoin on mainnet). The main goods are accessories for men. All the information about products is stored on IPFS with the link stored in Blockchain. No KYC is needed. The market is decentralized and anybody can participate. Both sellers and buyers have some kind of reputation: the number of deals and refunds that can go up based on user activity. Unreliable users with a huge count of refunds can be automatically blocked in the future. No centralized backend. All the key information about users and deliveries is stored in the Blockchain and less important and large on IPFS. To enable search, all items(goods) are connected to the linked list. For better user experience on slow devices, Frontend connects to the remote IPFS node. Delivery information is encrypted and stored on IPFS. Data can be decrypted by buyer or seller only. The seller can withdraw profit after the buyer confirms receiving or in a month after making delivery(if the refund wasn’t requested). The buyer can request a refund before the order is sent. Then the amount will be returned immediately. If the request is made after the information about delivery was added, then it is manually processed by authority(multisig of owners). We hope to replace it with oracles in the future. If the buyer confirms receiving, he receives cashback. The seller chose subscriptions that impact on the fee that is charged from his profit. As mentioned above, this is not a bad idea. But you need a breakdown by product categories, brands, product groups and other convenient for navigation and purchase sections

Good job, guys! It's very interesting project for me personally concerning privacy. Today, its a huge business to spy for their customers, and it's so annoying you check something in e-shop, and banners come from any corner. With decentralized marketplace, we as a society could remove middleman and connect customers directly to buyers. Interesting idea, amazing!
