The investor support team at CoinList is the primary interface between CoinList and the investors and trades using our suite of products. Developing and maintaining trust with users is a core part of our business. You’ll answer inbound questions about our product and identify and communicate issues in concise language.
CoinList has recently launched our professional trading platform, CoinList Pro and is supporting the $205m+ distribution of Filecoin in September. We expect a significant growth in users from mandarin speaking regions given the popularity of Filecoin there. Therefore, we are seeking a mandarin speaking associate to support these new users in addition to our existing international user base. This role will initially be focused on customer success for the launch of Filecoin and CoinList Pro.
We’re especially interested in candidates who have held support or operational roles at crypto-currency or fintech companies. This is a remote, part-time (~20 hours/week) position with potential for additional hours as the company grows. We prefer candidates that are able to work with some overlap on a US time-zone (e.g. ET/PT). You must speak fluent mandarin and english and have strong written communication skills in both languages.
