There have been recent examples of equity holders winning in exits while token holders are left with little or nothing.

Rainbow is trying to fix that structurally, not just with future promises with RNBW. Rainbow Foundation is now the single largest shareholder of Rainbow and holds 20% of Rainbow’s equity on behalf of token holders.

Token Utility

The RNBW token will be integrated deeply into the product in the coming years. At TGE, RNBW becomes the native token of Rainbow’s rewards + ownership system:

• Use Rainbow for revenue‑generating actions (swaps, perps, prediction markets, etc.)
• A portion of that revenue is used to buy RNBW
• Those tokens are redistributed back to users

Not emissions. Rewards backed by real economic activity.

• Treasury is intended to be used for high conviction investments (such as M&A) that should be accretive on a per token basis
• Team: 4 year vest; 12 month cliff; 1/48th monthly thereafter. No team tokens are unlocked at TGE.
• Investors: 2 year vest; 12 month cliff; 1/24 th monthly thereafter. No investor tokens are unlocked at TGE.
