Rivalz is inviting users and node operators to participate in its Incentivized Testnet designed to engage users in battle testing and scaling the network and DePIN infrastructure.

During the Incentivized Testnet participants will be able to earn points for the upcoming RIZ Airdrop by completing the following activities:

• Download and run rClients: Users can provide storage space from their devices to support the Rivalz DePIN infrastructure. The higher the uptime and the more storage space users provide the more points they will earn from running the rClient.
• Claim RIZ and mint Data Fragment NFTs: These NFTs will allow users to earn points and Intel Discount which can be used in the upcoming Rivalz Node Sale
• Social Activities: Engage with Rivalz on Twitter, write content by mentioning @Rivalz_AI or RIZ and earn points by referring other users to participate on the Testnet, and complete Galxe Chapters.

The objective of the testnet is to rigorously test the technology and infrastructure to ensure a seamless mainnet deployment later on while improving the overall user experience and stability of the network for the growing number of applications powered by Rivalz.

Users who earn points through running rClients, interacting with the Testnet or through social activities during the incentivized testnet will be eligible for the RIZ airdrop. Participants will be informed via Rivalz's social media channels, with announcements on when users can check their RIZ allocation and when the claim period begins.

The incentivized testnet will run until the Token Generation Event (TGE) and Mainnet launch, which are expected in Q4 2024. During that time there will be 5 distinctive epochs. Each time a new epoch begins, points will reset and Rivalz will be taking a snapshot of the points from the previous epoch. The points users gathered in all epochs will determine their Airdrop allocation.

The timeline is subject to change at the sole discretion of Rivalz.

A total reward pool of up to 75,000,000 RIZ tokens, representing 1.5% of the total supply, has been allocated for Rivalz Incentivized Testnet participants across all the Epochs.

RIZ is the native token of the Rivalz Ecosystem and its utility includes:

1. Transaction Fees: Any interaction and transaction on the Dymension RollApp requires gas fees to be paid in RIZ. This includes transferring assets, executing smart contracts, and any other on-chain activities.
2. Data Node Infrastructure: The data node infrastructure is powered by RIZ.
• Upgrades: rClients (storage nodes) can be upgraded by staking RIZ, allowing them to get higher emissions (POS System).
• Emission Rewards: rClients and zNodes receive emission rewards paid in RIZ for their roles in maintaining the DePIN infrastructure.
3. Data Hosting, Distribution, and Data Markets:
• Payment for Data Storage: Data Providers pay RIZ to store their data securely on the Rivalz network.
• Compensation for Data Providers: Data providers are compensated in RIZ for contributing valuable data to the network.
• Transactions in Data Markets: All transactions within the Data Markets, such as buying, selling, and trading data, are conducted using RIZ.
4. AI App-layer Transactions: The AI applications built on Rivalz use RIZ for both data access and transactional purposes.
• Gas Fees: All gas fees for transactions within apps built on top of the Rivalz network are paid in RIZ.
• AI Data Access: AI apps and AI Agents access the Intel Layer and intelligence pools using the RIZ token.
