The USD.AI token sale is a whitelisted sale, exclusive to users who participated in USD.AI's Allo Game program. Users will receive a guaranteed allocation dependent on the amount of points they earned in Allo Game. Participants will be able to commit more funds than their guaranteed amount - in the event the sale does not sell out, users will be allocated the remaining amount on a pro-rata basis.
Lock your YT points by February 22, 2026 to activate refund and discount rights on your CHIP purchase.
If you lock for 4 or 8 months and hold through maturity, you receive a discounted valuation of $270M or $190M FDV, respectively.
At any time during the lock, you may choose to refund - return your CHIP and receive 100% of your original purchase amount back in stables.
You may also claim early at the original $300M valuation, but doing so forfeits both the refund and discount rights.

We will display payment information when you complete your registration for the Token Sale. Eligible purchasers can pay with Tether (“USDT”) or USD Coin (“USDC”). Payments made in USDT or USDC will equate to the value of one United States Dollar ("USD") regardless of fluctuations in USDT or USDC.
You must also have sufficient ETH in your wallet to cover the Ethereum network gas fees when submitting your transaction. If your wallet does not have enough ETH for gas, you will not be able to submit either USDT or USDC for purchase.
Users who are not selected to receive an allocation will receive their funds back to their non-custodial CoinList wallets within one week from the close of the sale.
In order to participate in the USD.AI Token Sale, users will need to fund their purchase request with the minimum purchase amount ($100 USD worth of USDT or USDC). There is no pre-funding deadline, but users will need to fund their purchase request within the 6-day timeframe, from February 22 at 23:00 UTC to February 27 at 23:00 UTC, to be eligible for an allocation.
