FAQ
The Zama Auction is a sealed-bid Dutch auction. Participants submit confidential bids, and the clearing price is determined based on market demand. This auction method aims to ensure fair price discovery while minimizing manipulation.
Any additional information on the Zama Auction can be found here: https://x.com/randhindi/status/1995439441343631705
We will display payment information when you complete your registration for the Token Sale. Eligible purchasers can pay with Tether (“USDT”) or USD Coin (“USDC”). Payments made in USDT or USDC will equate to the value of one United States Dollar ("USD") regardless of fluctuations in USDT or USDC.
You must also have sufficient ETH in your wallet to cover the Ethereum network gas fees when submitting your transaction. If your wallet does not have enough ETH for gas, you will not be able to submit either USDT or USDC for purchase.
After bidding ends:
- Bids are sorted from highest to lowest.
- The auction clears at the price where the total allocated tokens reach the supply limit.
- Bids above the clearing price get full allocation and a refund for any overpayment. Bids equal to the clearing price may get partial allocation on a pro-rata basis. Bids below the clearing price receive no tokens and will be fully refunded.
Allocations are determined by the Zama team.
Any excess funds from bids that did not receive a full allocation will be refunded to participants' non-custodial CoinList wallets within one week from the close of the sale.
In order to participate in the Zama Auction, users will need to fund their purchase request with the minimum purchase amount ($100 USD worth of USDT or USDC). There is no pre-funding deadline, but users will need to fund their purchase request within the 4-day timeframe, from January 21 at 08:00 UTC to January 24 at 20:00 UTC, to be eligible for an allocation.
100% unlock at TGE, expected on February 2, 2026.
ZAMA tokens will be distributed to your non-custodial CoinList wallet.
